On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities the Jerusalem Princess Basma Centre organized a number of activities for children and their families.
On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Jerusalem Princess Basma Centre organized a number of activities for children in the Child Rehabilitation Centre, in which the children and their mothers participated in expressing their ideas and sharing their stories. In addition, the multidisciplinary team provided artistic and recreational activities.
Our Medical Director, Dr.Waddah Malhees, explained; This type of activity is important to support the rights of children with disabilities, which will necessarily impact positively on the children and their families.”
He added, “The Basma Centre, as a leading institution in the field of treatment and rehabilitation, seeks to enhance the role of the parents as partners in the therapeutic process for their children.”
