Clinical Training Program for University Students
The Child Rehabilitation Centre acts as a National Clinical Training Centre and in partnership with three Palestinian Universities and one College (Arab American University, Al-Quds University, Bethlehem University, and Hind al Husseini College), a clinical training program is provided for students in the fields of Physiotherapy, Speech and Communication Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Social Work.
The JPBC clinical team supervises the practical training of the students. This program provides the students with the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge to practical training. Under the supervision of the rehabilitation team, students are able to interact in real-time with patients and their families and build their experience.
On average 40 students from Palestinian universities are enrolled annually in the program.
